Laser Marking Products

XpressMark MOPA™
MOPA fiber, 30/60/100W. The Master Oscillator Power Amplifier trick lets you tune pulse width and frequency independently — which is how you color-mark anodized aluminum and do fine work on plastics that scorch under standard fiber.
Key Specs:
- 30W / 60W / 100W MOPA fiber
- Color marking on anodized aluminum
- Fine detail on heat-sensitive materials
- In stock — ready to ship

XpressMark™
Workhorse fiber, 30/50/100W. Metals, plastics, ceramics, 1D and 2D barcodes, Data Matrix. The default pick when MOPA's pulse-tuning isn't needed.
Key Specs:
- 30W / 50W / 100W fiber laser
- High-speed galvo scanning head
- Marks metals, plastics, ceramics
- In stock — ready to ship

APEX.200™
200W fiber. Big laser, deep engraving on hardened steel, throughput numbers that smaller fibers can't hit. Aerospace, high-volume automotive.
Key Specs:
- 200W fiber laser source
- High-speed production rates
- Deep engraving on hardened steel
- Industrial-grade duty cycle

Summit.Pro™
Industrial fiber laser, 30/50/100W. Heavy enclosure, auto focus, rated for 24/7 lines. The pick when the cabinet is in a place that punishes lighter units.
Key Specs:
- 30W / 50W / 100W fiber laser
- Heavy-duty industrial enclosure
- Continuous production rated
- In stock — ready to ship

Dual-Head Laser System
Two scanning heads, two parts at once — or both sides of one part. Cycle time essentially halves. Custom configurations on request.
Key Specs:
- Dual independent scanning heads
- Simultaneous 2-part or 2-side marking
- Doubles effective throughput
- Custom configuration available

UV/KRYO™
355nm UV cold laser. Photochemically marks the material instead of burning it. No warping, no discoloration. Sub-surface marking inside glass. Standard kit for FDA UDI work.
Key Specs:
- Wavelength: 355nm (UV)
- Cold marking — minimal thermal effect
- Sub-surface glass marking
- FDA/UDI medical marking compliant

Green Laser Markers (EV4GDS)
532nm green — frequency-doubled from a 1064nm source. Standard fiber bounces off copper and gold. Green absorbs. The answer for PCBs and reflective metals.
Key Specs:
- Wavelength: 532nm (green)
- High absorption on reflective metals
- Ideal for copper and gold marking
- PCB substrate compatible

CO2 Laser Markers
CO2 at 10.6μm. Plastics, rubber, wood, leather, cardboard, glass. Cheap to run, fast on the right materials, the obvious pick when fiber would just bounce.
Key Specs:
- Wavelength: 10.6μm CO2
- High-speed marking on non-metals
- Excellent contrast on plastics & rubber
- Multiple power configurations

Laser Enclosures
Safety enclosures that turn an open-beam laser into a Class 1 system. Interlocked doors, fume extraction port. What you need to pass OSHA.
Key Specs:
- Class 1 laser safety compliance
- Interlocked access doors
- Compatible with all Telesis lasers
- Custom sizes available
